Privacy Policy
Cosine Metrics, LLC ("Cosine Metrics," "we") operates cosinemetrics.com. We collect as little as possible, and we never ask for confidential or regulated records through this site.
What we collect
- Information you submit via our forms: your work email and, optionally, your name, role, organization, and business-level details about an AI workflow you want to discuss.
- What we do not collect: we do not request and ask you not to submit any protected health information (PHI), batch records, quality or validation records, patient data, or proprietary documents. Our qualification intake is scored in your browser and is not transmitted unless you choose to email or book.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about site usage (e.g., page views), collected without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, send a requested resource, schedule a call, and follow up about our services.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
- We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to operate the site and respond to you. Each processes only what's needed:

- We keep contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it on request.
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing eric.brooks@cosinemetrics.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect any change.
